Silicone Rubber Endless Door gaskets are manufactured by Multi Range Engineering Company located in Mumbai in two different process like step moulding and extrusion. By different process we get different characteristics of the gaskets. Depending on application, we can choose the process. All gaskets are manufactured from Food-Pharma grade Pure Silicone Rubber which can be suitable for Textile machineries like H. T. T. P. Yarn Dyeing Machine, Jet Dyeing, Soft Flow Dyeing Machine, HT/HP Yarn Steaming Machines, Beam Dyeing Machines, Cheese Dyeing Machines, Autoclaves, Laboratory equipments, Testing Equipments, Food grade Equipments & machineries etc.

In Step Moulding process, we can achieve endless silicon door gaskets. General Hardness in such door gaskets is 60-65 and more. Compared to extruded gasket joint is stronger and not visible. Durability increased of gasket in this process, and endless gasket can achieve zero leakage. We have maintained standards for our OEM Customers and customized design and size are being manufactured for End Users. To satisfy our customers we always innovate new products. For example for Door Lip Seal for HT / HP Dyeing Machine (DL Type) there was a regular problem faced by our customers that wear of Door after use change the dimensions of groov and we have redesigned the gasket and dimension are being changed which are shown in image.

In extrusion process we get low hardness of Silicone Door gasket which also known as sponge gasket. We design varieties of cross section for such gaskets and Moulds (dies) are developed with personal care for cross section. Standard range of Silicone Door Gaskets are available in square cross sections like 6mm x 6 mm, 8mm x 8mm, 10mm x 10mm, 20mm x 20mm, 25mm x 25mm etc. with OR without hollow cross section. These gaskets are available in Red, White, Orange and Blue or any colour as per customer's requirement.

Other than Silicone Rubber we also develop Gaskets from Natural rubber, Nitrile, Neoprene, Viton®, EPDM and Polyurethane etc. Gaskets are widely required for sealing caps, flanges, Joints, Bonnets, Covers and many other applications where we have specialized ourselves in Door Gaskets. Our experienced team can give suggestion for right cross section and design for the end application. Silicone Rubber is frequently used as it can withstand temperature range of -80° C to +180°C. Curing of Silicone Rubber is most important process done by us in fully automatic Microwave continuous curing system which ensures accurate dimensional properties, long life, Durability with zero leakage in long run, glossy surface finishes and aesthetically beautiful colours.
